1. Poor customer service -- quality does not matter to staff though they will give you sacharine sweet smiles.
2. Conduct your own thorough check-in for damage, because they bill for pre-existing damage.
3. Like others have said they try anything to con people out of money.
4. The positive comments posted this year are most likely from employees. You can tell this by the way they spell, and by their wording. I wouldn't be surprised if they earned AT MOST the equivalence of a 10th grade education. One of their favorite comments when we HAD to ask that our rights be respected & enforced was -- "you're being unreasonable."

I disagree...I've had good customer service. And they tell you to go through and be very thorough in checking over your apartment. They tell you that they will bill for pre-existing damage if you do not because they have no way of knowing whether you did the damage or not. Since they tell you this, I don't see how you can become upset. I've never been conned out of money. And #4 is really childish and inflamitory, so I won't respond to it.
