If the rent was $100 less I would be happy. The apts are shoddy in building, the staff is not responsive and unfriendly to deal with. Entering the office you are made to feel as though you are intruding. Parking is horrible if you have a second car, lease information and other policy info are in direct conflict. They do not enforce rules, which I guess is good for some.....

Last time maintenence was in my apt I had to air it out because of the body odor ! Very pretty facility on the surface.

Totally disagree with everything except that there is no great parking when you have two vehicles. That is true. Though, living near the front of the building has made it to where we have parking close by. The other stuff I've never experienced living here. I'd be happy if the rent was $100 less too...lol...would be nice, but I think what we pay is worth it. We've paid more for less before and we're happy with our arrangement.
