Oh yes this is managment. I have worked here for almost 4 years. I remember all of these reviews. Most people will not tell you the whole story and that is fine. I was there when the person said that they were yelled at and pointed at. That is not the way it happend at all. And people saying that we can't spell and the way it is written out is from an uneducated person. Well when reading over the reviews I notice that everyone has words not spelled correctly and puncuation incorrect. This is not a graded paper. They talk about us being rude. I don't think so. So take into heart that there are two sides to every story.

Personally, I agree with this review, however, it probably would have been better if management didn't try to skew the rating. I find it curious that the member of management didn't put fives down for everything, though...lol. In any case, there are two sides to every story, and I agree that a dissatisfied customer is going to give a skewed review...unfortunately. Still, as much as I understand the compulsion LC has to stick up for itself, management should stay out and just let the fact that the apartment complex is full of people who are sticking around be the only endorsement they need.
