My family and I lived at the Lancaster Commons apartments for over 5 years, Our apartment leaked water inside the whole time. We had electricle plugs that didn't work, extensive dry-rot in our patio door and porch area. We had mold and mildew in our windows, and growing in our carpeting. Trash recepticles were overflowing every week before pickup. We got robbed while there security lights were out for over two weeks. When we chose to leave due to poor maintenance and lack of safty concerns, we got stiffed for over $1200. We emaculately cleaned or apartment before leaving. Renters beware!!! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Hello! It's Oregon. It rains all the time and the maintinance staff cant replace the porches and patios every year. We signed a mold Adendum we are supposed to clean the condensation from the window sills every day. It's your own fault that you have mold in your carpet. Try cleaning once in a while!!!!!!!!!! Happy residenr |

I've never had any problems with mold. Our patio was replaced in our second year here. They did a very nice job and we were out the deck for only one day. We never had problems with our electrical outlets, and were actually very pleased at how many there were in the apartment.
