This has been my worst experience at any complex. The managers seem friendly when you sign your lease, but dont seem to do anything to help you out when you really need it later on. Not only do I have to often contact the police because there is a fight quite often downstairs, but the domestic violence disputes are so frequent I feel unsafe. From screaming drug dealers to well- more screaming drug dealers it is no enviornment for children. When there is someone in your parking space (98% of the time) all you can do it put a flyer that says 'please move or we'll tow' though they have never come through and actually towed the same car that is in my spot everyday no matter how hard I fight for it. Now I have to walk around the block and up the stairs to get home. It's become a hassle. I've never felt the need to badmouth any company- but I'll simply say that it is NO WHERE NEAR worth the $640 we pay. Willamette Estates is right up the street and charges $15 more a month. A $15 difference between frustration and luxury- You choose.
