Well at the beginning of our stay at LC was just "okay" we had a few issues with moving in, the deposits were rather large, but totally understandable now... Just they didn t seem together with everything, and we kept getting mailers on the door w/ an "adjusted" amount, and had to pay more (a few times) BUT..They were totally cool w/ the fact after we moved in we rescued a puppy, they even let us split up the pet deposit (which we were fully warned upon move in about, so we were okay to pay for our new dog) Parking at times for our guest was an issue, but they eventually found a spot. Our parking was fantastic, right in front... never had an issue with anyone being in our spot. Had a few issues with the neighbors below, quiet a large family in tight corners, and she also ran a home babysitting service which at times got frustrating and made our "curb appeal" tacky with garbage and toys (but it s just kids) They did just recently update the playground, which looks cool enough for me to play on! ;-) And the landscaping was always taken care of and for the most part most people were kind enough to pick up after their pups (at least in my area)I do think as a convenience they should add some doggy poop bags w/ garbage area (just a suggestion) I never had a problem with the staff there, all I have to say about that is they should definitely communicate with each other more only because of the few incidents we had, mail...deposits...rent...maintenance issues. I didn t take part in any of the "club house" activities, or take part in the free movie rentals, but I always thought that was a cool offer they had, and even if they didn t have every movie or a lot available, it was still there for whomever. BUT they did send us a birthday card on our birthday, monthly newsletters, and happy whatevers on certain holiday (which was sweet) To be honest with you, I kind of miss living at LC, I just recently moved out to move into a rental house so I could have a yard for my (not so puppy anymore) dog, and am having a lot of issues w/ my landlord, and the house. So for apartments I give em a thumbs up, may not be the GREATEST looking place, but for accepting pets (and most breeds/sizes) they re great for doing so. Maybe I'll move back next year... (Because this place just isn t working out) If you have pets, and you dont mind just standard looking apartments...... Its deffinatly a great place. To me my pets were way more important than anything else, and LC is awesome for understanding that.
