I have lived at these apartments for nearly five years and I have no complaints. The managers are people pleasers and do whatever they can to make you happy. They go out of their way to make sure you know that they are doing whatever they can to fix any minor problem that you might have. We have the only un-covered RESERVED parking place in the complex. For a little while we had a small problem with people parking there, the office put up extra signs and posted a notice in the Lancaster Commons newsletter. Thanks to their efforts we only have an unwelcomed car in our spot very rarely.
I know someone was complaining about the price of rent, but if you consider ALL the things we get it is more than worth it! Pool. hotub, gym, fitness center, playground, free movie rentals, and even a clubhouse' you tell me that, that isn't worth the money you pay, and the fact they they take pets is another reason why I like Lancaster Commons. The complex is Full of very friendly and understanding neighbors. Everyones kids play together and we all look out for each other. I consider myself lucky that I was able to find Lancaster Commons when I needed it!

To the responder.... Sounds like your outlook on life sucks and no matter where you live you wont be happy because your happy with yourself. I have lived here over a year and it may not be my dream place to live but I know that if there is a problem I need fixed I can count on the ladies in the office to help out. Another thing I liked was during the summer when you have people who don't even live here use our pool and gym the ladies in the office made sure to put a stop to it by getting locks put on the gates. Also to those people who think the rules don't apply to them in the pool it was nice to see that the staff laid down the rules to them.

I understand that everything looks great when person is on crack, even Lancaster Commons. Prehaps we should all go and visit the dillers that live in our complex and then we'll start loving it too. Tnx
