Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The apartments look very nice and that is why i was initially attracted to them, that's about the only good thing about them. Within the first 3 months of living there all 3 of my cars were either broken into or vandalized. You can hear EVERYTHING from EVERYWHERE. The freeway noise is almost unbearable. Office staff is completely incompetent. Oh and if your car is lowered forget about it the speed bumps are so big that both my cars drag and they are both stock height. They also say you can have pets but discriminate on what breed of dogs you can have. Takes weeks to get stuff fixed, and had matainence guy enter my apartment without my permission (lucky I was home at the time). In closing, don't move here unless it is your very LAST and only option.
