I'm truly shocked at some of the reviews. I was a tenant for over a year prior to purchasing my home. From my opinion, it was a very pleasant place to live. The area was clean and the staff was responsive. I m guessing the folks that leave negative comments are the ones that were evicted or cant seem get along with others. I had nothing but positive rapport from the maintenance and rental staff. Something needs addressing, I call them, it gets done. I would highly recommend Orchard Parks to those moving to Salem. It s a pretty great place for people with pets and kids. Ignore the negative people, they are just mad at the world.
