I lived here for 18 months and enjoyed it very much!
Positives:
Spacious, open feel layouts (I leased a 3bd/2ba) loved that the master had a sink/vanity in room, ensuite large shower and facilities were separate-nice if someone needs to get ready at the same time. Bedrooms were slightly larger than average, too! With HUGE closets!)
Storage in kitchen, utility closet and throughout was ample, including off the deck in the upstairs unit i had
Main Bath was very large
Management was AWESoMe! They care about the units and the tennants and were available at all hours. Often seen waving to tennants and walking the gounds picking up trash and ensuring parking was in appropriate spaces.
Quiet, smaller complex is nice
Playground is safe and up to date
Swimming pool area is clean and gated though it's a smaller size
Allowed my 2 indoor cats, and one small dog. You will find it very difficult to get any apartment to allow that many pets.
At move out-I received my ENTIRE deposit back! Thank you Norris & Stevens!! (:
Negatives:
Zero visitor parking. Must park out on robins lane-it's a side street, but i don't reccommend parking here long. I never had anyone get a ticket for overnight, but it's possible.
This is across the street from a retirement mobile park, and I am sad to say, you will ambulance and fire engines all hours of the day, 3-4 times a week.
Noise-you will hear moderate to loud talking. I was in an upstairs unit and could easily hear neighbors to the side and below me. thank goodness they were nice neighbors!
