I lived here in one of their townhomes for 6 months The apartments are older, but spacious. My roomates and I had one problem...actually it started as just a upstairs bathroom sink leak. So the owner of the apartments who happened to be the maintance also came to fix it. Long story short.. he broke the water pipe in our apartment and water started to flood out everywhere!!! It went through the vents and into our stove, downstairs bathroom and into our bedrooms. We had to have the carpet people come and tear up our carpet and have blowers under them for a few days Besides that the managers were nice and bought us pizza for the next few nights since we could not use our kitchen. I would recommend these apartments if you are looking for good rent price. Our 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath townhome was decent...needs some updating. Safety is another story...there were cops coming in and out often. But our cars never got broken into. Overall the staff was pretty friendly and we got most of our deposit back.
