I'm a previous resident of Valley Brooke apartments and I just have to say... the management is horrible. And the apartments are desgusting, even when they remodel them, the work never was completely finished. There was sloppy patches all over the walls, they didnt replace some of the cabinet doors they took off before I moved in. I had to ask them repeatedly to do so. The other tenents complain if they can hear you talking on a friday night 5 minutes after ten o clock which is "quiet hour".
