Nice complex; management leaves a lot to be desired

The complex is very well maintained. There is no parking near mailboxes or even a place to pull to the side of the road to retrieve mail. Complex management and ownership would receive my lowest rating; assistant manager extremely antagonistic and disagreeable, with no customer-service skills, and the owners renege on promises. Maintenance is done in a timely manner, which means the duplexes are in good condition. My overall rating, on a 1-10 scale, would be a 5.
