I have lived in these apt for a bit of time now. When I first started living here it was cheap yes, but you were looked after. As of recently, the rates of the apts are going up but the quality and care from the management is horrid. The apts are coming unglued from the inside out. The managers don't answer the afterhours phone 9 times outta 10. If you are to ask them about it they say either it didn't ring (well then get it fixed) or they took it off the hook because people play with it. The only real "construction" or real work that goes on is on the managers apt. The properties were having vandalization problems and so cameras were supossed to be put in to make the tennants more at ease. The only cameras that were put in were at the managers apt and parking spot. In terms of keeping clean, the pool is usually bug infested, laundry rooms have lent or garbage cluttering it and unless corporate is giving a call it stays that way. I have been around when they clean and they Diane has told me it's because corporate is coming and they need to make a good impression with them. If something needs to be fixed unless you have water flowing from your sink (which they will only stop it) you will waite anywhere from 1 week to a couple of months to get it fixed, and usually just a temperary fix. Their kids are allowed to run amuck and cause problems and they don't say anything but if somebody else's kids do anything wrong they are quickly reprimanded. I have personally seen that unless you are a good friend to them you will not get any problems taken care of. Also, if they have a problem with you they will go around and try to get tennants to tell lies about you, ex. telling somebody that apt such and such is a horrible tenant because they said this about you. They spie on EVERYBODY while saying it's for the safety of the property. Most of the tenants that have been here for any amount of time that aren't family or friends have had it and would highly recomend you don't live here, unless you never have a apt problem and you never leave the door.
