I am just a simple vendor who deals with a certain aspect of the upkeep of these apartments. I do not live here... I want to make that clear. BUT! Not only is the current manager (James) one of the nicest managers of any complexs I deal with, EVERY time I come out to Willamette terrace he's in the middle of some project. Either updating something, replacing something, or cleaning something. I know the tennants who come to this site are upset with whatever, but when was the last time you came onto a web site to rate ur apartment for outstanding preformance' Seriously, more people come on-line to complain then anything else... so please, go meet with this manager before you listen to the other posts here... he deserves your true opinion based on him, NOT based on someone who's goal is to make life hard. I give my Fullest approval of this apartment, and as long as you don't plan on playing obsurdly loud music at midnight, driving 50 in a 5mph zone, or taking a dump in the pool, you'll really enjoy james. He's a great guy. Thanx fer taking the time to read this.
