I have lived in these apartments for 1 year now and have seen nothing but lies, descete, and revenge coming outta the managers. In the time I have lived here they have visciously evicted 3 tenetes because they had a personality problem with them. They also talk about anybody and everybody behind their back just because they can. Diane trashes everybody from the elderly (because they cannot do what she feels they should), they younger tenents (they are too loud for her), anybody working for the apts (don't work hard enough for them), delivery people (inconvience her), and that is just to name a few. They use the "managers status" to their full advantage not following any rules they make the tenets follow. They will sit on their landing drinking alcohol on friday nights being loud untill 12 and won't open the office on sat because they are hung over. Also in the last 2 months they have called the police 6 different times for different reasons ranging from stabings, drug deals, and noice (the last one you would figure they could handle themselves but they were making a statement so no). I have needed to have repairs made to my apt and the only reason anything got done was because Sally (believe that's her name) did it. When Diane was there she told me I needed to make an appointment and she was busy. Busy to her was talking on the phone to a friend, I know it was a friend because she told them to hold on she had to take care of a tenent. I have read how "other" tenent say they are always working and such.... well no kidding when you have to fix the same problem 3-4 times with no sucess of course you always look busy. All I wanted was for my ceiling fan to be fixed and they had to come back 3 times and finally got fixed by an electrician. The reason rent is so cheap is because most people don't wanna put up with this and are not sticking around. So basically the only way to be happy in this apts is to stay completely to yourself, nevery speak to the managers, and pray nothing needs repairs or do them yourself.
