I am writing this because I am a tad confused to say the least. The managers say that profanity and loud noises need to cease at 10 but then they don't abide by this. About weeks ago around 8pm something happened at the managers apartment with the tub running over and loud enough to be heard across the complex James was screaming how somebody (assume the person who made the mess) was a c***, a mother f*****, etc, etc. This is when small children are out playing and everything outside just came to a standstill. This went on for about 30 min. This is not the kinda atmosphere I want my child brought up in and not an atmosphere I need to subject myself to. At least 1 or 2 times a month they drink, which is fine. But then they carry on untill 1 or 2 in the morn. This doesn't work well for me because I have a young child, and I have to get to work by 4am. I have asked, (no pleaded) that if they want to do this go ahead but be consious of the time. Don't make a rule you are not gonna be held accountable for yourself. Also another one of the tennets that has moved in within the last two months is extrodenaryly noisy and when I have brought it up to the management they have told me that it will be taken care of and to not worry about it. Here again fine, but then either nothing is said to him about it or it's made into a joke. Also he has a paintball gun and likes to go and shoot it at things around apartments, James has watched him do it and actually laughed while it happened, what kinda manager is this' Either way it's rediculous. Let me put it this way the assistant managers are quiting because they are treated so bad and they don't like the way the managers do things, worst part is one of the assistant managers is related to the managers. In the last year I have lived here the amount of people that lived here for any stint of time have either left or been kicked out for whatever reason, if you sit back and watch the complex you are in for a huge soap opera, fights, backstabbing, cops at least 2 times a month, etc. I also have read the posts from the other tenents that say the managers are the greatest people, that's fine but I have also heard the managers telling these people to say these and goto this site and do it. I know this because that is how I heard of this site. They speak of how their repairs are done and done right, well lucky for them, at least 10 other tennent I have talked to have said the same thing, either repair it yourself and just live with it broke, because James is a horrible matenece source. So to all the people wanting to come here don't, to all those here now, leave.
