Since we were kicked out a couple months ago, I have read this site every once in a while to see whats said an if we were the problem the whole time. Clearly we weren't. There is still problems with noise an drama. To clear up anyone who believes me or my husband have been down grading the complex thru this site...news flash we HAVEN'T!! Point blank, my husband lived there for close to 7/8 yrs an I lived there for 4 of those years. In the time him an I were there we had a total of probably 3 notices. However the second we got on James an Dianes bad side, we were giving notice after notice, until finally we got our 30 days. Now granted we planned on moving but not tell the start of the new year, an in actuallity they just gave us a push to find a way better place. Yet it came with a price, that being, that we have an evction notice on our credit. I understand people here are not going to all say the managers are bad, or that they will all say they are good. An yes some people don't have problems with them, however those people aren't on there bad side. You piss off the managers or call them 2 faced like we did you will later have problems. It's simple, very black an white. This is our experince an I am damn positive we have been talked about after we left, however I don't care. I know what really happen. I know I got kicked out because Diane got flustered with me an I told her, an I quote "whatever" an she kicked us out. So whatever anyone has been told about anything with us, I would only believe maybe half of it. Because when it comes down to it they trash the people who get kicked out because Diane thrives on gossip, she did it with me many times when people were kicked out, or some drama was going on. Well when we were friends that is. So since then we have moved into a different complex. Amazing thing is though we haven't had a single drama thing going on here, no cops, no partys, nothing. It's quiet, an there are alot of younger people here. So makes you wonder why Willamette Terrace has so many problems. So for closing I would just like to clear up that we haven't written anything here well until now. My thoughts are that Greg an Sally should be the managers an Diane an James should find different jobs. If you don't like what I have to say then oh well. At least I know I said it. For all you who like where you are, good for you, more power to you. For the ones who tell people to just move if they don't like it. Well life isn't that easy, because last time I checked it takes money to move, an some people don't have that kind of money. So back off. Oh yah almost forgot, as for the security cameras the installed to make people feel safe. Those are used more as a tool to spy, then to make people feel safe. Also I found out after we moved, that by law they are supposed to post signs all over the complex saying that your being taped. Not sure if they have yet, but if they haven't I would suggest they do so. Since people can sue you for that kind of thing. I asked my lawyer, it's a loop hole.
