i have lived here not once but twice and this apartment community is the best in this little area. Not to mention that the managers james and diane are great! James is just hilarious he could make anyone seriously laugh with his jokes. also james will drop everthing he doing to help out a person and diane she is alwasys smiling and if you ask her to do something she does it right away. I have seen the bad writings & reviews and I guess that not everyone who GETS evicted will write something nice or sometimes a person will get mad and start slandering such good people. People need to remember that while managers that work on site are nice and friendly they are NOT are friends they are doing there job. So come on you couple of miserable people (ONE WHO SAID THAT THEY WERE EVICTED) don't disrupt the peace and harmony of us happy residents we don't want to hear it anymore. As for the EVICTED resident saying that diane gossips GOOD one. I agree with what the other person says!!! When the office close you don't or rarely see James & Diane outside or there children for that matter!!!It only sounds like a couple of mad miserable resident are gossiping and wasting time on this website!!! I go to Willamette University Law School and I am telling whoever is writing this garbage that this is SLANDER and maybe you should check your lawyer again. I have looked into this and all persons that write to this website can be traced.
Other than that I would highly recommend willamette terrace as a nice quiet and Safe place to live!!
