Who uses a site that's meant for good an bad reviews on there apartment complex, for advertising' I mean come on, are you that desperate because of all the bad reviews that you honestly think someone is going to say "Wait a minute, that makes me want to go take a look". If this is your way of getting the word out that your a "good" complex, you might want to go back to school an realize, you're going about it the wrong way. I believe there is a Renters Guide you can advertise in. I know after reading all the bad I wouldn't come in after seeing that poor attempt to make myself/the complex look good.

I have to say though, for the people who say "Hey leave us happy residents alone an leave the website alone....yada yada". I figured this is a site where people can put there thoughts good or bad' I am pretty sure I am not wrong. Doesn't that mean everyone deals with whats said' If you don't like it, just don't read it.

I ran across this site an decided to read reviews on South Salem Apartments due to the fact I am moving there sometime soon. NO! that doesn't mean I want to move in to this one, doesn't sound "right" for me.

This site is pretty nifty, to bad not all apartments did this.
