I had stopped by these apartments last week sometime to look at renting here, boy that was my first mistake. I guess my second mistake was talking to diane, a very fake, very misguided person. The type that would talk about you behind your back because she has nothing better to do with her time, oh wait she did that to me but I shall get to that one in a minute. My first opinion was that the apartments looked worn and dirty. They seemed almost uncared for, but figured I would get a tour before making a final decision. So I came in and told her I was looking for an apartment and would like to see what they had. After a tour that took all of 2 min (was very hurried through as if there were other things she would rather be doing) I was given an application and just told to fill it out and return it at a later date. Kinda surprised by treatment, I started to walk out when she got on the phone and was talking to a friend or somebody like that not for sure who, she then proceeded to tell them how I was wasting her time and how below them I was, and had no chance of getting an apartment here. I don't believe she relized that the door didn't shut all the way and I could hear every word her ignorant mouth blurted out. As I was leaving I saw one of the tennets so I asked a few questions about the place and what the managers prob was. I was told about this website, was also told of all the problems the apartments had; drugs, loud parties, music, trouble with the kids, how nothing got fixed unless you did it on your own, etc, etc. As I started to read these posts the same problems seem to be told over and over again and just seem to get worse as time has progressed. I wouldn't apply to live here if you paid me or threatened my life, I also am/will tell anybody I know the insident with diane and to not go anywhere near Willamette Terrace. For anybody living here I am sorry and hope the best for you all.
