Have you seen them' I haven't, they never seem to be around anymore. Why exactly is that' I moved in an was told by Diane they are on site managers, but they are never around when you need them. I think if they are supposed to be on site 24/7 being on site managers, thats where they should be. I mean yeah you have a life, but office hours mean that your in the office during that time. An at night if someone has a problem with loud people upstairs like I ALWAYS do, then there should be someone to go take care of it.
