Sure, location is nice but this is an apartment complex so if you experience any problems with neighbors you're screwed because management won't do anything about it. Think twice before putting any money in WVA and try to find quiet and safe environment for your family! If your neigbors are smoking you can be sure that the fumes coming from below will make your living hell!
