I have lived at Sawyer Point for five years. My same unit is being advertised for $100 less than I am paying. I asked for a rent reduction and was refused. The new manager cannot be reached in the afternoon at all. The property is old and not very appealing.

I lived at sawyer pointe for almost 2 years. I enjoyed living there except for some neighbors who had nothing better to do then complain about my TV being to loud at 6pm at night. Manager was awesome and told me not to worry about it. When moving out I got my full deposit back and was very happy

Horrible place There are extremely noisy neighbors and it is very messy. I have had to deal with druggies and domestic violence couples as neighbors. I watched people stack garbage in a grass area and just leave it there for weeks till I moved it. Management does not care about the people paying
