Some of the apartments at the ends of the building very nice. Landscaping is poor, grass is not mowed much. They have taken away laundry facility from time to time. Took away exercise room. As you see they have taken away what few amenities they have and then raised the rent. The managers are ok, for the most part but they lie so you have to be careful. Maintenance is slow. There is more work then they have time for. I would only recomend if you get an end apartment and have your own washer and dryer. Still the rent is high.
Have now moved, manager has lied to me many times through the time I have been there. Had trouble getting my deposit back. Parking is bad if you have more than one car or visitors. To the credit of the manager, he has tried to make the most of the space available.
