This Place is falling apart, Rules are not followed, dog poop all over the place and dogs not on leaches although the lease says your dog must be on a leash at all times. Want to park your car forget it, visitors park where they please and there is no inforcement. A number of people that live there have more than the allowed number of cars and the owners do nothing about it. Per the lease 2 cars per apartment only but some people have 3-4 cars which pretty much explains why you cannot find a parking space. Mold is a problem, windows need repair, fireplace spark arrestor have been missing and not repaired for 3 years, wood rot is everywhere. As for the property its a large fire hazard, grass is never cut weeds are everywhere. In general the place is a dump!
