This Place is falling apart, Rules are not followed, dog poop all over the place and dogs not on leaches although the lease says your dog must be on a leash at all times.
Want to park your car forget it, visitors park where they please and there is no inforcement.
A number of people that live there have more than the allowed number of cars and the owners do nothing about it.
Per the lease 2 cars per apartment only but some people have 3-4 cars which pretty much explains why you cannot find a parking space.
Mold is a problem, windows need repair, fireplace spark arrestor have been missing and not repaired for 3 years, wood rot is everywhere.
As for the property its a large fire hazard, grass is never cut weeds are everywhere.
In general the place is a dump!

It looks like this individual has to much time on their hands, i'll simply state this. Im aquainted with the the staff that manages the property, they are prompt with any discrepancy that may come abrupt. they also are persistant with any issues residents may have. animosity will come with any complex. Such as life i suppose. i give my praise with the response these folks attentively show. I wont look for another place "ANY TIME SOON"!!!!!!!!!
