somewhat of a front porch
nice views or estuary or woods
ample parking
new ceiling fan
garbage disposal
DirectTV ready
availability of 5mb DSL
some units have new carpet
nice manager and maintenance guy

Cons: teeny tiny bathroom
some units have old carpet
baseboard heat
no dishwasher
minimal laundry facilities
potential for flooding (however buildings are on stilts)
bottom floor units are cold because of the stilting which allows cold air to run under the unit
traffic noise from street

Overall: I think I will like it here.
