I haven't lived in too many apartment complexes but I must say that this appears to be fairly nice. My building is quite and the surrounding condos are fairly quiet. Surprisingly quiet considering the number of animals and children. Of course, there is always one bad apple, that doesn't always keep track of their kids BUT all in all that's not a deterent.

This apartment is all inclusive Corporate Relocation Setup; includes everything furniture, pots/pans, phone-cable-heat. So my price is much higher than most...
