I was there with 2 other uys for the summer as a corporate intern. The place is very nice and seems to have a lot of younger families.
2 bad things: office staff were hardly around when they were supposed to be. i.e. they were gone at 4 when the office is supposed to be open till 5. Or they are suposed to opoen at 12:30 after their lunch break but are gone till 1:30. Also, no air conditioning. It gets HOT in the summer.
Other than those 2 things, its really a nicely kept up place, quick maintenance (if anything does actually break on you) and its close to a library and an elementary and middle school and seems very safe (for all of you adults 28-40 with small kids). Not much in Sherwood though other than the movie theater and the grocery stores whcih are also very close.
