Management tends to make up rules as they go along. Do not expect to get your damage deposit back, as they will nickel and dime you out of the entire thing (even if it is cleaner when you move out than when you move in). Words of advice - take digital photos of everything when you move in and when you move out. Also, they will change your parking places with other tenants without telling you. I have witnessed individuals getting towed from spots after 'management' has told them it was ok to park there. I have heard rumors of a number of tires getting slashed in the parking lots, as well as other severe vandalism. DO NOT RENT HERE!

On a positive note, Sherwood is overall a really nice place to live and would recommend the city to everyone.
