Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
Until the hiring of Gail, the manager, I enjoyed my stay here. But I'm moving out solely because of her. She's rude, irresponsible and rigid. My neighbors have been great, but Gail sends obnoxious newsletters littered with fluff and followed by threats of eviction if your patio furniture isn't perfectly aligned or you let your cat out.
Those enchanting newsletters threaten fines of $400-600 if you don't manage to drag your dog off the property before s/he urinates. But you can't depend on anything from them.
Previous tenants have told me of getting charge exorbitant fees for damage they didn't do.
Stay away from Sunfield Lakes. The tenants are great, but they all deserve a better, kinder place to live.
