Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
These apartments are ok, but nothing special. Parking is horrible, and communication in the complex is non-existent. You're never told when fertilizer is going to be applied, what rules are concerning pool use, etc. I know that there are new owners now, so I hope to see some positive changes.
