If you like the smell at cat feces and urine as you walk to your apartment, then this is the place for you! They let the tenants whom have cats use the barkdust and potting planters as kitty litter boxes. I have complained about this and they say " oh thats a health issue" but did they ever get it cleaned up no! They dont do what they say! Then they try to steal your deposits! I call to ask for the corporate office number and the Manager "E" REFUSED it to me!! That is totally against the law. I have family members that do the same job here in OR and they said thats a big NO NO! I have pictures of all the nastyness around there. They let the neighbor kid shoot air soft guns off the top balcony at the cars! I again have many times complained. I have also called my attorney to look over this! They have broke their lease...not us!!

Sunfield Lakes used to be a wonderful place to live...unfortunately, we are on our 3rd set of incompetent managers. I've been here since 2003 and while it was great for the first few months, it has become a very expensive slum. Incredibly, the garbage is allowed to pile up to the point the bags are nearly to the roof of the enclosure and the door can't be closed so more bags ooze out to begin piling up in the parking lot. I am waiting for my lease to expire. I can't wait to leave, but won't break the lease because of all the ways they could mess with me. I am very concerned about having my deposits retained despite the fact that I will leave the unit cleaner than it was when I rented it. If you are considering this place because of the advertising, don't be dazzled by the few areas the management will show you. Drive through the entire complex or better yet, park and walk around. This complex is not worth the amount of money they charge for it.

The Garbage stays piled up for a day or two even after you call them to pick it up. And don't be afraid to ask a random tenant for their opinion on the complex.
