I have never lived at an apartment complex where I the tenant am not cared about at all. It takes many weeks sometimes months to get things repaired or even just looked at, and then forgoten about. Way over priced, and you have to pay for water/sewer, natural gas, and forces you to have renters insurance by their standards, not your own. Used to pay for trash also but they quit making us pay for it so they could raise water/sewer up $30 a month. They will tell you they will come over tomorrow, so you wait around all day and they never show up, and this happens a lot. The garbage dump stations pile up and get really gross and smells bad. It's like the tenant is more of a bother than a customer, you get lied to all the time. Been here for four years and have seen four different managements. I had a really loose wobbly step, which my daughter fell down the stairs because the step made her lose her balance, took 3 months to get looked at. Just put a bandaid on it and was told it will be repaired shortly, still waiting on repair. They will tell you anything to make you just go away. These apartments are too much for them to handle and they can't admit it and won't hire more help, only 2 maintenance men work here and they always change. They give you little threats to make you want to sign a new lease even though they are increasing rent, every time. Month to month rent is $1685, and who raises rent during a recession. Office staff take hour to hour and a half lunches and show up late and leave early, and good luck having them return your phone call if you leave a messege. Yes, the grounds look nice, once u sign the lease thats all you get, nice landscaping. Each apartment is compared to the monthly price of houses in the area they say, THESE ARE APARTMENTS NOT HOUSES. Sunfeild Lakes Apartments are here to rip you off, take your money and ignore you. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Just to let EVERYONE know who moves to Sherwood...you'll all be paying higher water rates because of the new pipeline being built to Wilsonville to get water from the Willlamette River. I live in a townhouse and my rates went up way over $30.00 a month higher than what I was previously paying. I guess the city mayor thinks we all live in Beverly Hills, with a paycheck to match...it's ridiculous!!!!

Another thing to add to this... they are taking away our assigned parking January 1st...I don't know what idiot thought of that idea but I'm pissed! I don't pay as much rent as I do to not have an assigned parking spot!
