I would not say they are luxury apartments, but for the price and location, what do you want' The 2 bedroom upper unit I had was nice. All the stuff worked. The office staff was actually pretty nice also. I had a few neighbor issues, but a short talk with them solved that, as always. I would give it a medium rating.
