I've lived here since April in a one bedroom apartment. The apartments are very affordable for the square footage. I moved in with my cat and they even allowed me to split up the pet deposit into 2 payments. When I moved in, the patio screen was missing. Within 3 days I had a brand new screen. The staff was friendly and even let me in when I locked myself out of the apartment.
