there is mold every where! It takes forever to get things fixed. If they say they will be there to fix something in the morning, plan on waiting ALL day. You wont get your deposit back, and they charge WAY to much rent for the condition it's in. The Laundry room always has washers or dryers that dont work, and you wont know until AFTER you put your money in the machine. They charge a lot for cats, make you do ALL the cleaning when you move out, make things up so that they can get more money, loose your paper work, have no concurn for your health (will even spray chemicals in apartment while you are pregnant and around it!), the pools are dirty and no fun, no play ground for kids, nothing at all but mold, and a cranky manager. They will charge you $25 for notices (a piece of paper put on your door) and will give you a notice for rediculous things. They only thing they really do before you move in is send a crappy carpet cleaner (if your on the bottom floor) and paint your walls. That's about it. These apartments are a total hazard zone and are NOT sutible for ANYONE. I recomend NEVER moving here

Sounds like someone didn't clean there apartment or has a biased opinion on the managment, but I have been living at gateway village for 2yrs and love it. The managment fixes anything that needs to be fixed with in 24hrs. The managment is always polite. They keep the pools clean and nice for me and my daughter. The grounds our beautiful and safe for me and my daughter to walk around. I have lived in other places on gateway and this one is the nicest and safest. I also can't believe how quiet our apartment is I have yet to here my neighbors.

I lived in Gateway Village for about a year and have to say that yes they are probably better than the crack shack next door but they definatly have there issues. The staff was not very professional and the maintenance consisted of a manager that didn't know his ass from a whole in the ground and his staff couldn't figure out how to put a screen back on!!! i would say the best amenity they offered would have to be the FREE cable and now that they don't offer that anymore they really don't have much to offer!
