Low Rent Nothing Special From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/15/2008 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2005   Rent is lower than most. The apartment is located on the southeast corner of Mohawk Blvd and the 125 off ramp. Lots of traffic noise for apartments near either road. You can hear the cars all the time. Use of earplugs to help muffle the car noise is recommended. Window condensation makes it a losing battle against mold. High onsite manager turnover. Just when we get a good one the property management company moves them to another place or they leave. 2 Laundry rooms are open 8:00am to 10:00pm 7 days a week. Sauna and pool. The appliances, fixtures, plumbing are dated early 70's. They get replaced only if they quit working. They have weekly ground maintenance. They blow the dirt and debris in to the area's by the front door's. The reason I stayed so long was to be able to save money with the low rent.
