Worst management you will find. Repairs done but with sloppy performance and some repairs may take the entire lease time to get remedied. Fees charged for items after original agreeance on move in. Make sure you bring your tape measure as you will have to decide exactly where your furniture goes to meet to their expectations. Descriminates against people of color, anyone with different religions, charging high rent for small space, not enought storage, in neighborhood where five children have been murdered in the past year- playpark substandard, should be updated yet rents continue to rise, not enough parking, not sufficiently insulated and insufficiant floor board heating-would be better with cealing heat-not enough for your money-dont stop here....better home found elsewhere...
