I've been a tenant for about 6 months.

The Good... Relatively cheap for a two bedroom apartment. Counter tops and drawers are in good condition, carpets were clean and unstained upon moving in. Master bedroom is decent sized with two full mirrored closets. Nice deck with storage unit. Small park for kids on site. The staff is very nice and seem eager to help.

The Bad... Lighting in the unit is horrible, there is no light in the living room so you are restricted to whatever lamps you have but during the day you can open the blinds on the nice big window in the living room and on the sliding glass doors going out onto the deck (that could be listed in the good) and there is no light in the second bedroom at all. Who knows what all the switches go to, I thought maybe outlets that could be used as lights but in the end, only one of the 5 "unknown" switches actually worked that way. Parking is horrible with no ryhme or reason to where your parking space is, let's just say that wherever you are supposed to park is probably not going to be anywhere near your actual unit. It's off of Gateway in Springfield so it should come as no suprise that it's not the safest neighborhood, though the routine cop car that rolls through on a regular basis gives the allusion of safety... shouldn't it' Anyway, that's about it, I guess it's not horrible considering it's under $600.00 for would I raise my family here' Nope!
