I lived here for 1.5 years. The management does a good job tending to the landscaping and keeping it clean. A major downside to this place is that it's literally about 100 feet from the freeway. Get used to semi-trucks and thousands of cars making noise about 21 hours a day. It quiets down a little around 3am. Then it starts back up around 4 or 5 am. Also get used to every bum in springfield digging through the trash at all hours of the night and lock your car doors. My car was broken in to 3 times living there and my neighbor said the person who lived in the apartment before me had her whole car stolen there. The neighborhood surrounding the complex sucks.

The apartments generally have old stoves from the 70's. The balconies offer no privacy but the windows are weather-proof and you can expect a low electricty bill in the winter, partly because the apartments are pretty small.

I'd shop elsewhere for an apartment...
