I've lived at Arbor Heights for four years now. In that time I've seen good and bad neighbors come and go, seen the office staff change almost completely, and lived in three different apartments. In all of these changes, one thing has stayed the same: this place is great. When they say they give service here, they mean it. Things are done right and on time. The only problem I've had with any repair work was when a guy from GE left a mess in my place, and when I complained to the office they sent someone right over to clean it up. I've parked in the lot without paying for a reserved spot, no one has touched my car and I've seldom had trouble finding a space close by. Every one of the three places I've had here was immaculate when I moved in. I've lived in a lot of apartments over the years, and I say I've never been in a better place than this.

When paying rent or dropping by for a cup of coffee (good coffee, by the way), I've gotten to hear some folks raise a fuss in the office about how unhappy they were about this or that. You know what' Pretty much all of them were people I've seen leave bags of trash out on the ground, not pick up their dog's poop, yell at neighbors' kids when their own kids were the troublemakers, and such things. Seems to me that some folks just go out of their ways to make life unhappy, and look for excuses to be a pain. I'd say they're likely also some of the folks with problems about this place, because my experience has been 180 degrees from theirs. Of course, I put my trash in the dumpsters where it belongs, so what do I know'
