I have lived at Arbor Heights for a few years now. Its always been nice, but since a new management company purchased this place its only getting better. I just renewed my lease and they didn't raise my rent! Plus, the offered me either a new fancy pull out kitchen faucet, a colored accent wall or a built in microwave! The new girls in the office are nice and the maintenance guys know what they are doing!
