Pretty much all I have to say is that no matter who they get in here, the staff is always cheezy! Whenever you express concerns to one of them or address a maintenance concern, they act so happy that you feel like you're in the Twilight Zone! It's a bit much! It's so extensive that you feel awkward about talking to them because they act so cheezy that they end up acting as though they're of a better calibur than yourself. The apartments themselves are crappily laid out too.

I went to look at these apartments and I felt like I walked onto a used car lot. The staff was willing to do anything to get you to move in ... as long as you had the money. The office is very oppulent but the rest of the complex is very standard. The rent is a bit high for a one bedroom apartment. $620 and no reserved parking and you have to pay for utilities on top of that. And what kind of home has the washer and dryer in the DINING ROOM??!!! |
