I stumbled upon this website and was suprised to see the comments from other residents. I moved in late november of 2004 and just love it. This place is exceptionally clean. I looked before I leased and TIgard had little to offer that was desireable. I got a great 2 bedroom for just $680 and my carpet was practically brand new. I like Holland Residential's management and they are professional, nice, and always available. If you want a great apartment don't waste going to the places down the street!
