I'm surprised to hear some bad reviews. I just started renting from a private owner. Aparently these units are condo conversions. The owner has been very helpful. The community is beautiful on the outside and not to hot on the inside, but plenty of potential if you have vision and style. I pay rent 1075.00 more than what I expected but I found other apartments that price or slightly cheaper in way worse conditions. Over all I'm very happy and I love the trees in the community and what more can you ask for 2 blocks away from the water.
