I currently live at Arbor Heights and hate every moment of it! It is the worst place to live. I can hear everything my neighbors say and when ever they move or walk around upstairs it sounds like stomping. The management staff is not helpful at all. I can not wait to leave! I am seriously counting the days! I do not have one good thing to say about this place whatsoever! There are sketchy, rude people everywhere, and I am totally convinced that the people that live across the hall from me are drug dealers! Do yourself a favor and run far away from this place! SERIOUSLY!

I live on the second floor and you are so right about the stomping!!! Our neighbors above us have a child that runs back and forth between the bedrooms all day and late into the night! Not to mention the women who never leaves the house below us and likes to to smoke all day and it come up into our apartment! This much complaining and I have only been here a month!!
