I honestly don't understand the bad reviews on here.

I've lived here 7 months and just renewed my lease.

I have a beautiful view, love the pool in the summertime, and have never had a serious complaint.

There are things that annoy me about my place, but the maintenance staff and management has always been good about responding quickly and effectively.

I really think some people just like complaining...

No, it isn't that "some people just like complaining". Did you ever stop to consider that you might just be lucky and be in a quieter building where the noise is less of an issue? Have you ever had to file a noise complaint? I'm guessing not, because if you had you would know why some feel that the management doesn't do enough to resolve those issues. I agree that the maintenance staff is good, and while I think the managers are nice enough people they sometimes have to be pushed a bit just to deal with noise issues which is a part of their jobs. My view is good as well, and the pool is good, but I have to be able to get some sleep on weeknights in order to be able to be effective at work the next day.

what some people cannot understand is there is only so much the staff can do. A complaint is filed and the offending party is given a notice posted to their door. The staff tries very hard to resolve the issues. There is only so much as a business that they can do. If grown men and woman cannot learn to get along and live together and not expect everything will be perfect, then they should consider never renting in a multi unit fashion.
