I currently live in Arbor Heights and am really happy here. The buildings and landscaping are beautiful and well maintained and the office staff is friendly. The inside of the apartments are nice enough and updated apartments are available if you are willing to pay a bit more. I have no complaints about noisy neighbors (I live on the ground floor), although some noise is unavoidable in any apartment. I have also never had problems finding parking, nor have I noticed any sketchy behavior in the parking lots. Overall, I don't think you can beat Arbor Heights for the price. It's a very pleasant place to live.

I've lived here two years and I don't entirely agree with the post above. The maintenance staff is certainly excellent, and the office staff do a solid job, but I've definitely had significant noise issues to deal with and I had a car window busted out of my car about a year ago while the car was parked in a LIGHTED CARPORT at about 8 PM on a Monday night. Supposedly, no one saw anything. I highly question the validity of that claim, and I question the safety of both people and property in this neighborhood. Especially since very little was done after the incident to make the property more secure. While the incident was not the fault of the owners or managers of the complex, I do think more could be done in terms of security measures to ensure that it does not happen again. That is my opinion, I respect the fact that others' views may vary.
