You better start saving now if you live there. Upon moving out, they tried to nickel and dime me for anything and everything. The counters are complete crap, if you set an orange on them while they are wet then the ink off the sticker will bleed onto the counter and stain it. It's like the counters aren't sealed. They are in the middle of upgrading their apartments, and trying to pass along as many charges to their ex-residents as they can. You'll notice the office staff turnover is worse than your local Mc Donalds. I rented there for one year and within that time period they had to enter my apartment 4 times for "annual maintenance" ect. Seriously they need to enter my apartment to measure the counter tops''' Aren't they all the same layout, don't they have that information already' I would not recommend them at all, you can do far better
